Refund and Cancellation Policy

Courses and Coaching:  All payments made for courses and coaching on EnterpriseArchitect.club are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned otherwise on the respective sales page. Once a course or coaching service has been purchased, it is considered a digital asset, and no refunds will be issued.
Live Classes and Webinars:  Paid live classes and webinar sessions can be refunded if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the paid event. Refund requests made within 24 hours of the event start time will not be eligible for a refund.
 Membership and Enrollment:  Any membership or enrollment on EnterpriseArchitect.club is subject to immediate cancellation if there is evidence of credential sharing with unauthorized users or any misconduct like copying content, misbehaviour with any candidate or any party within enterprise architect club community. Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure, and any breach of this security may result in the termination of membership without refund.
Refund Processing:  Refund requests must be submitted through the designated channels provided on the website or by contacting our customer support. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method within a 7 days timeframe.
 Policy Modifications:  EnterpriseArchitect.club reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
